Garden Waste Bin Option Now Live

From week commencing Monday 31 March 2025 all householders with garden waste bins will continue to get one bin collected every fortnight (March – November) but any additional bin will have a yearly £40 collection charge.

Residents can now make a payment for extra bins on our website –www.cumberland.gov.uk/wastechanges or by contacting our customer contact team.

Collections are fortnightly between March and November each year.

We will collect a maximum of four garden waste bins from a property.
